1.  Brush Your Aligners Properly:

Brushing your teeth is an important part of your daily life to keep your teeth healthy and strong. In the same way, it is important to brush and clean your Invisalign aligners to keep it maintained. Aligners are tough to handle it should be taken/ given proper attention and special care while brushing. Don't use toothpaste or the paste which includes baking soda to clean the Invisalign aligner. You should brush very lightly but very thoroughly to keep the Invisalign maintained.


2.  Avoid Lipstick and Lip Gloss :

While wearing Invisalign aligners, girls should avoid using lipstick or lip gloss. Because of while earing the aligners, the elements stick to the aligners and can affect the aligners have on your teeth. So until you get completed with your treatment please avoid using the lipstick and lip gloss. But you can use lip balm while using or wearing Invisalign.

3.  Limit your intake of foods and drinks that cause stains :

But for the betterment and good results you can avoid consuming the foods and drinks which will cause a stain. Avoid Coffee, soda, juices, acidic fruit, tea, etc to prevent your teeth and Invisalign aligner from becoming stained.

4.  Brush After Meals :

 The presence of food particles and other elements can make brushing after eating an important part of the oral health hygiene process after Invisalign treatment. To ensure you’re able to brush effectively throughout the day, you might consider taking a toothbrush and floss with you to work to keep your Invisalign braces clean and clear of food elements.

5.  Store Your Invisalign Aligners in a Case :

You should always keep your Invisalign Aligners in a case. When you are not using or removing the Invisalign Aligner you should never keep your Invisalign Aligner on a table or sink because it may pick up germs or bacteria which will wind up in your mouth and your teeth and Invisalign will get affected.
